Return and Refund Policy

At Sabb Creations, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy to understand your options.

1. Returns

We accept returns for items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
• In its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories (if any).

All customised and personalised products, including resin art, wedding platters, name products, invitation platters, and trousseau packing items, are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

2. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sabbcreations.in or call us at +91 70144 63339 with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We ensure proper packaging for safe delivery. In case your order arrives damaged during courier transit, an unboxing video is mandatory for claim verification.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Customized or personalized items (such as bespoke resin art or personalized trousseau packing).
• Items that were returned request more than 24 hours after delivery.
• The unboxing video must be clear, continuous, and without any edits.
• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

6. Exchanges

Once the order is placed and confirmed, any changes in size, color, design, name, theme, or customisation details will only be accepted within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no modifications or changes will be possible as the work process and material arrangement already begin. As all products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, flowers, glitter placement, or finishing may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade art and not considered defects.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Sabb Creations is not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
